Our ownership has been in the pecan shelling industry since the late 1940’s as the dream of an Italian family who worked hard and steadily on one thing: delivering the best pecans to customers.
Certifications: SQF, BRC, Kosher, HACCP. Our operation is in compliance with the USDA National Organic Program regulations.
